Return Policy

We want every customer to have a positive experience with Divergent Lands™ Trading Card Game products.

Because these packs contain collectible game cards, returns are handled with the following guidelines.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing description.

To request a return, please contact us by email at: divergentlands@gmail.com, with a description of the issue and photos if applicable.

Card Condition

Divergent Lands cards may show minor cosmetic imperfections due to small-batch production, packaging, and handling. These variations may include slight edge differences, light surface marks, or small printing variations.

Such minor imperfections do not affect game-play and are not considered defects.

Pack Variation

Card combinations may vary from pack to pack. Because of this, returns cannot be accepted based on the specific cards received.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns cannot be accepted for:

buyer’s change of mind
dissatisfaction with card combinations
minor cosmetic imperfections typical of small-batch production

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
